Carolin Fiechter is an agile, innovative generalist with in-depth experience in manufacturing companies and many years of practical experience in knowledge transfer and personnel development. As a business economist, she has a background in organizational development and management. During her studies, she became enthusiastic about the principles of the Toyota Production System and immersed herself deeper and deeper in the world of Lean and Agile. In her own company, she organized production according to Kanban and used Scrum to manage the organization's IT.
Today, Carolin Fiechter works as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Colenet. She enthusiastically supports companies, advises at an organizational level and makes change possible.
Alexander Gerfer

As CTO, Alexander Gerfer is responsible for establishing Würth Elektronik eiSos as a technology enabler and service leader. The Würth Group company is one of Europe's largest manufacturers of electronic and electromechanical components.
The electrical engineer, author and lecturer started his career at Würth Elektronik eiSos 27 years ago as a technical sales representative and has since held various positions within the company. In his current role as CTO, he particularly promotes technology partnerships in forward-looking areas. These include the development of LED light recipes for controlling plant growth, energy harvesting and solutions for more efficient electronics in e-mobility.
Over the course of his career, Alexander Gerfer has also played a key role in establishing and developing the areas of research and development as well as product, quality and supply chain management. He is also passionate about supporting and advising innovative start-ups, especially when they encounter unexpected technical problems in the realisation of their ideas.
Dr. Ralf Hasler

Ralf Hasler spent eight years advising the European capital goods industry at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He was then responsible for corporate development at Weidmüller for three years. In 2005, he acquired a majority stake in the Lacon Group as part of a management buy-in and transformed the simple contract manufacturer into a modern industrial service provider. Ralf Hasler has been a member of EO, a global business network (eonetwork.org), since 2007. He has been on the StartUp Advisory Board of the IHK Munich/Upper Bavaria since 2014 and on the IHK's Industry and Innovation Committee since 2016. Hasler was appointed to the Senate of German Business in 2018. He has been on the Industry and Innovation Committee of the DIHK since 2020.
Helmut Krautwurm

Helmut Krautwurm is Managing Director of Bay-Soft GmbH and a proven software specialist for production organisation and logistics concepts in the EMS sector. After studying electrical engineering at Regensburg University of Applied Sciences, he continued his career at Vogt electronic AG, where he took on a wide range of tasks. He was not only responsible for the development of electronic components and control systems, but also managed the areas of production organisation, implementation of logistics concepts and the development of ERP and SCM software solutions.
In 2004, he founded Bay-Soft GmbH together with colleagues. With his wealth of experience from over two decades in the electronics industry, the team developed the innovative "Bay-2 PDM & Best-Price Engine" tool. This is specially tailored to the needs of EMS and OEM companies and stands for practice-orientated software solutions based on sound technological knowledge.
Oliver Hoffmann

Under the motto "Data-driven decisions for the world!", Oliver Hoffmann has taken on numerous roles in his impressive career. As a computer scientist, he has worked in consulting as well as sales and marketing functions in innovative companies. Prior to his current role at Z2Data, he was head of the EMEA region at SiliconExpert.
Oliver Hoffmann has a strong curiosity for digital business and has many years of experience in obsolescence management, development, purchasing, compliance and risk management. He is also well versed in solution architecture in CAD, PDM, PLM and ERP systems.
Matthias Holsten

Matthias Holsten is an experienced, versatile management consultant with a comprehensive technical education and over 25 years of experience in the development and manufacturing processes of the EMS industry. He was Managing Director of a renowned E²MS company for seven years, during which time he gained in-depth knowledge in the management and optimization of company processes.
Matthias has been working as a consultant for more than a decade. His focus is on the optimization of sales structures, the analysis and redesign of change processes as well as outsourcing for OEMs, which he supports from analysis to consulting to implementation. He also specializes in mergers and acquisitions, assists companies with production relocations or expansions and provides support in the search for and selection of specialists and managers.
Stefan Hornig

Stefan Hornig has been Head of Purchasing at the Göttingen-based EMS company Dikon for ten years. After completing a commercial apprenticeship and radar training with the German Armed Forces, he took over the sales force at dikon in 1990, starting with an intensive induction. The induction also included practical experience of PCB assembly and cable assembly, which was a great advantage when acquiring new customers. He still uses the valuable knowledge from this time today, as sound knowledge of materials and production remains irreplaceable despite modern IT systems.
Due to the rapid growth of the company and the resulting lack of personnel, Stefan Hornig also took over the sales department for components and at the same time set up the quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001. Thanks to his qualifications as a trainer, he also established training positions within the company in order to specifically train the next generation of employees. This strategy has proven to be extremely successful, as 95% of the current sales team consists of the company's own trainees, which ensures qualified knowledge within the company.

Marc Klein is Project Buyer and Product Sourcing Manager at Bender GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this role, the strategic procurement professional spent seven years as a specialist buyer for electronic components at Bender, a manufacturer of safety technology based in Grünberg, Hesse.
Marc Klein studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Central Hesse in Giessen, where he graduated as a graduate engineer (FH) specializing in automation technology, as well as studying business administration. He began his professional career as a development engineer and software developer for automation technology.
Peter Kolbe

Peter Kolbe is an entrepreneur with three decades of experience in electronic waste recycling. As managing partner of MPM Environment Intelligence GmbH in Gittelde in the Harz Mountains, which is now run by the second generation of the family, he has made a significant contribution to the development and success of the company.
His career began with technical training and a degree in industrial engineering. In 2005, he founded MPM Environment Intelligence through a management buy-out from the recycling technology profit center of Fuba Printed Circuits GmbH, which he had previously managed for ten years.
The medium-sized company MPM specializes in the professional, sustainable recycling of base materials, printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies as well as electronic scrap. Metals and plastics are generated from the waste through physical treatment and fed back into the material cycle.
Michael Künsebeck

Michael Künsebeck began his professional career after training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant in the national and international purchasing department of an industrial company. This was followed by his first position in sales at a trading company.
From 2004 to 2007, he successfully completed a degree in Business Administration (FH) with a focus on controlling, logistics and marketing at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. After completing his studies, he took several career steps at a leading southern German manufacturer in the security technology sector.
Here he gained extensive experience in the areas of process knowledge, organizational development, project management, change management and the development of electronic products. In 2014, he took over the management of the EMS sales business unit at a large German electronics manufacturer. Over the following 7 years, he was able to successfully expand this and significantly increase awareness in the market.
Today, Michael Künsebeck lives with his wife and 3 children back in his original home in East Westphalia. In 2022, he founded künsebeck e² consulting and joined a partner network with matthias holsten e² consulting GmbH.
Simon Mayer

Simon Majer advises shareholders and companies on M&A transactions and capital increases in the electronics sector. In addition to various completed transactions, he has assisted private equity investors and their portfolio companies in evaluating potential investments and acquisitions in the EMS sector.
Simon Majer joined the international investment bank Raymond James in 2020. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Robert W. Baird in the European Investment Banking team, advising private equity, international corporations and family businesses on a variety of complex private and public sale and acquisition transactions. He also worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG where he provided valuation and transaction services. He holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Cologne as well as various additional qualifications and certifications.

Claudia Mallok is a qualified communications engineer and has been working as a trade journalist in the electronics industry for 25 years. She supports companies in marketing, moderates specialist events and coaches young professionals in trade press work.
Until 2011, she was deputy editor-in-chief of ELEKTRONIKPRAXIS at Vogel in Würzburg. Here she was one of the first women to present the topic of PCB and electronic assembly production in the trade press and to develop and expand it cross-media. In 2003, she set up a meeting for managers in the EMS sector, the Würzburg EMS Day, which she still moderates today.
